Navigating EHR Complexity
EHR data is typically a filthy, messy, radioactive payload. We bypass the tribal wisdom required to traverse complex schemas and thoroughly harvest your data according to the OMOP specification.
OHDSI & OMOP CDM
Mature since 2013, the OMOP database results in an elegant schema structure with referential integrity and high performance indices. The final database in MSSQL Server can be immediately queried using SQL generated by our LLM OMOP implementation.
HIPAA Safe Harbor
OMOP databases can be HIPAA safe with all 18 Safe Harbor identifiers removed. We also provide HIPAA Limited Datasets with dates/times of service when an agreement is in place.
Hyper-Enriched Cohorts
We create custom cohorts in weeks. Subsetting a payload according to inclusion/exclusion criteria has never been easier, with no coding. We ensure deep granularity using SNOMED rather than ICD9/10.
Orthogonal Validation
Incomplete OMOP payloads are common. We guarantee accuracy by independently validating every OMOP cohort through an orthogonal test harness.
Empowerment & Guarantee
We will teach your team to support OMOP payload creation so you can support it internally. If the payload is not delivered within a month of striking the contract, our engagement with your organization is gratis.
